| Description | The title. To reproduce, start something that requires supply, let engineers on FRD or Attack-Move auto-assist it, lose the planet somehow (scrapping probably would be fastest), and watch as your engineers continue to try to build those now out of supply partially constructed stuff to no avail. EVEN IF SOMETHING ELSE THEY CAN ASSIST COMES ALONG, NOTABLY, A COMMAND STATION! Very annoying, especially with satellite worlds and mini-forts | ||||
