I cannot duplicate this. I press T and the chat box comes up, and then I type. Then I hit enter and the chat box closes. If you have rebound the default Confirm action to not be enter, you'll likely have to hit whatever you bound that to. Normally it is E and Enter, you might need to hit S if you rebound that to S, for instance. Can you confirm if this is still happening? |

Just double checked, when I hit "T" the chat box opens up, and the mouse appears on my screen. I type in my message and hit enter, nothing happens. I hit escape and nothing happens. I can move the mouse and hit enter or cancel though. I checked the key binding and enter is listed as confirm. This is on version 0.718, playing on my mac, on a server I hosted - though as I recall the game where I initially had this issue was on a server I wasn't hosting. |

Okay, thanks for the added details. I'll check it out on my Mac, I was testing on a PC. |
