Do multiple clinics stack? Should they?

I'm actually not sure of the answer to either of these questions.

From a balance standpoint I personally think the answer should be "no stacking," but the player should still be able to build and staff multiple clinics for redundancy.

Regardless, the description of the clinic should say whether multiple clinics stack. This should be made clear in the "help" text, the tile description text, and possibly the tutorial (although an argument could be made in favor of leaving it out of the tutorial, along the lines of "too much information in a tutorial is bad because it overwhelms new players").

They do stack, and they should. I may cap it at 3 actively having an impact at once, still not sure. Building, keeping, and working multiple clinics per turn is not easy.

But good point on the need to make it clear in the text.

* The help text and clinic descriptions now makes it clear that multiple clinics can heal each NPC per turn.
