Well... 1.) I'm not entirely sure on that. and 2.) If I'm right, the description needs to be changed anyway. |

As in, the description must have been amended some time back; it no longer mentions the resistance members. |

Yep, now only bad guys can use it, and you yourself (if you feel inclined for some reason). Resistance members cannot use these. |

So the portals are damaging to things going through them such that you need an oblivion crystal to survive? |
