Summary	0010744: + Ammo perk
Description	I just picked up lvl 3 and the perks [+Ammo I] and [+ Attack (Special)II] (in that order). I swapped the ammo perk for the attack perk yet, I retained the +10 ammo until it was spent. I went and grabbed the second tier of mage classes and found that I could set the perk, gather the new cap of ammo, and swap out the perk for something I consider better. I'm not entirely sure if it holds true for all the + ammo perks (new game and all).
