Summary	0001789: Tooltip incorrect for HBC Module IV
Description	In the tooltip for the HBC Module IV it says "Requires researching the standalone MkIV Heavy Beam Cannon". However, it is unlocked through the Spire Capitol, without any requirements as to previous HBC research.
