Summary0002316: Control Groups
DescriptionA way to add units to control groups directly from the factories (new units gets assigned to those directly) might help grouping units together big time. I think this was in the game, but I don't know if it still is, I apologize if it is.

Example below
Assigning a factory to a control group, or while holding down CTRL+1 and giving a scout build order will place any new scouts in the first group. Any other units won't be assigned to this group unless order is given while pressing down CTRL+1

When you have a constructor (like a space dock) selected, you can assign it to a control group like anything else. Anything that comes out of it will be in that control group (no special clicking required at the time of adding ships to the queue). What you're describing makes logical sense, but would be extremely difficult to clearly represent on the UI, and is fairly redundant with what we already have.
