| Description | Currently the Sentinel Frigate is completely superior to the Sniper unit now that the sniper no longer penetrates force fields. The SF is roughly the same price, has the same cost and comes with advanced warp detection and tachyon beams included, IIRC it also shoots faster while doing roughly the same damage per shot. Both have very high armor piercing, 100k vs 200k doesn't really make a difference. The Sentinel Frigate could probably use a price hike again to be back to its old great but extremely expensive self. |
