I have the same issue (cannot edit over an existing save game field) and I have not alt tabbed in and out. |

I have the opposite, but the boxes can be edited, clicking it the correct amount of times can be a bit confusing though. (When I add a note to a planet I actually do see the cursor, moving in the planets name.) |
