Summary0002751: SC Penetrators Can Recieve Cloaking Boost
DescriptionExcept they're perma-cloaked unless they've fired, in which case they can't be cloaked. So....don't they need an immunity to cloak boosting?

Spirecraft Penetrator balance:

    * Mark I moved from pysite to xampite. Mark II moved to ebonite, and now produce two per asteroid. All the other marks not moved around.
    * Penetrator health reduced 8x.
    * Penetrator perma-cloaking replaced with normal cloaking (which means that this might actually now be handy).

AHHH! I don't want their perma-cloak removed! With the reduced hitpoints they're now at the mercy of tachyon guardians!

I just thought it was odd behavior, not something that needed a mechanical fix.

Yes, it still is a big nerf, but not to the point of uselessness. And tachyon guardians are pretty easy to kill, if you are willing to spend a little extra time.

I did suggest a little later on that if they do not have it already, they should have a higher than average speed (but not all the way to transport speed levels, that would be silly)

Yeah, we'll see. I'm not sold that this will be permanent, if it's any consolation. But I thought the guy had a good idea, and thought it was worth trying out. If that aspect doesn't work, then the perma-cloaking can come back and we can change something else.
