Summary	0002938: Add a link to mantis to the top of the forums
Description	I know there's a link on the main page. But I don't spend much time looking that. And there's not actually a link (that I have found) that goes from the forums back to the homepage. Usually I find that I'm looking for the last place Chris or Keith posted something so I can click through the link in their signatures. Would it be possible to toss a link up top near the wiki links for convenience?
