Summary0003227: SFX Loop: Windy Rain and Windy Rain Muffled.
DescriptionLet's talk about this on IM if this isn't clear, but basically what I need is two versions of the weather sound effect -- one for when you are standing outside in the weather, and the other for when you are inside but still hearing the weather through the walls.

This particular effect is for when you are in the middle of a windstorm that also includes rain, and which is blowing like a hurricane, practically, with super heavy rain.
