Summary0003739: Gifting ship capacity.
DescriptionIn some cases, you may find you want to allow your ally to make use of a few of your shield bearers in their fleet, However, due to you choosing shield bearers as your starter type, your ally can never have access to those ships. You cannot gift them, as their ship cap is zero, and no ARS will give shield bearers, as it is already unlocked.

Here is the suggestion:

Gifting ship cap.
This reduces your ship cap of the ship type by an amount, and increases one allies ship cap by the same amount. (possibly limit this to 20% of the cap at most per player, rounder up) (includes most types of units, not spire ships, as their cap is shared between players (afaik)) Does not allow you to gift any ship cap you are currently using.
In addition, the extra/reduced cap is displayed as a green/red +/-X next to the ship cap. You are able to reverse the cap gift if the other player is not using some of it, (I dont know how one would handle a *forced transfer* of capacity the other person is using)

This will allow you to allow your ally to build a few shield bearers or similar, but does not allow you to bypass the knowledge system.(because your cap goes down)

Double gifting (not sure what to call it)
Basically a hybrid of the above two, gifts the selected ships as well as the cap they are using.

This could be used for a ton of things, You gift your cap of zenith star-ships (they unlocked them as well, meaning twice as many in their fleet, but you get none, because you gifted your cap) while they gift you their raid starship tech (so that you can do more powerful raid without coordinating with your ally, as well as replace all 6-18 of them yourself. (for full cost, you break it you buy it!)

@Ozymandiaz I know that. I also never use it, because it is too much of a hassle, namely because of how if you try to drag select your fleet, you tend to accidently steal your allies fleet as well. Also, doubleclick selects allies ships as well, when you might not actually want to, or may want to, depending on how your team has decided to control them. This idea would solve all of those problem.
