Summary0003845: Spire Mini Rams purpose
DescriptionWhat is purpose of these when in hands of AI?

Currently they are simple starship/large things deny tool when AI has them.
Taking Mk I/II (or lights) with you when AI has 15+ of mini rams on planet means that starships will die.
Any mini ram around golem you are trying rebuild = no golem.

I'm going to have to agree. Spire mini rams counter starships and other large stuff way, WAY too hard.

Take into account that they can be attack boosted - mini ram with 2.1x attack boost and speed boost from AI type = many dead spire ships quickly.

I find them pretty flimsy when prioritized as a target, and never had much issues with them. Though it does suck when you forget the AI has them when you move your blob in and suddenly wonder where all your riots are.

I say make them immune to speed buffs or attack boosts. Nerfing their damage would hinder my favorite uses of them: 1) dropping off a cap via jump ship to snipe out tricky core guard posts, 2) Hybrid hunting
