Quite right, ESC should close that first, will look into it. |

Confirmed that the ESC closes the right-click pop up window. However, a second ESC now closes the strategy map window instead of bringing up the Game Menu. Is this desired behavior? It feels inconsistent. (I mentioned this earlier pre-Mantis, I think.) |

ESC should close the strategy map rather than open the escape menu, yes. The mouse handling on the strategy/settlement map would probably go all wonky if the escape menu jumped into the fray. |
