Summary0004954: Greater Teleport mana cost shouldn't scale
DescriptionGreater teleport's mana cost shouldn't scale with the spell level, or at least not upwards. Finally managed to get a small town to spawn that wasn't 30 levels below my civ level, took on bosses > 10 levels above me for the dispersia, returned home to get a greater teleport, and find that the cost would be scaled up to 1020 mana, a rosy 400 more than my character XD

* Miniature, Shrink, Seize, Storm Dash, Storm Rush, Lesser Teleport, and Greater Teleport all now always a single magic point cost no matter what the tier of the related gem is compared to your current level.
** Since the tier of the gem only affects the regions in which you can use the gem, this is fitting.
