| Description | Let's call Elven Boots "level 1 lighting", and Moderate Inner light "Level 2 lighting". As far as I can tell, currently if you have both of them equipped, you simply emanate the greater of the two, and you produce "level 2 lighting". I suggest that they add up: Elven Boots + Moderate Inner Light would produce "level 3 lighting". Elven Boots + Minor Inner Light would produce "level 2 lighting", etcetera. | ||||
