I had this happen as well. I had an acid gills enchant equipped in my torso slot, the log showed that I received another, but it never appeared. This occurred in MP, and even after loading the world in SP, no second acid gills enchant. |

This should have been fixed in 1.109 in that the random enchants from enchant-charge-buildup now explicitly reroll if they detect an identical duplicate. What you were seeing is how it handles identical duplicate enchants when they happen: quiet discarding the new one. But that shouldn't happen anymore. Thanks :) |
