For what reason do you think the tooltip should be hidden?
It seems to me like a case could be made for having either the tooltip or the interface be on top (depending on which one seems more important). In this specific case, I personally feel that it's more important for the player to see the tooltip, because they always have the option of moving somewhere else if they want to see their inventory more easily, whereas the tooltip is only going to be visible when the player is in one specific area - and if the player has an expanded inventory which hides that tooltip, then it's going to be that much harder for the tooltip to be seen at all (which is probably a bad thing). |

A case can be made for several arguments but to me it was just a case of this looking sloppy. It may be intentional, it may not be, I just thought it was worth a mention. Maybe someone wants to handle this in a more graceful way, maybe not. |
