Summary0009731: Zoo Master (AIP over time provider)
DescriptionThe Zoo Master keeps the AI's pet humans (the players) in check. Its role is a more natural form of AIP over time so only masochists should enable them together with the current AIP over time options.

Zoo Masters are special ships spawned at the AI homeworlds, only one Zoo Master should be active at a time and once it's dead the delay for another to spawn should be significant (on the order of an hour). They are the scourge of humanity and the only way the humans have survived long enough to start the AI War was by equipping the home command station with jammer systems that disable Zoo Masters.

A Zoo Master moves through the galaxy fairly randomly, once it encounters a human planet or military force it turns around and beelines for the human homeworlds. It also spawns raid drones while it detects human enemies, these should be quite a pain to deal with.

Even worse, Zoo Masters are designed to report back to the AI, if they are destroyed they cause an AIP penalty (a minor one though, like +1)! The only way to safely disable a Zoo Master is to destroy it in the presence of a human home command station that can jam its reporting features. However that means letting it cause trouble throughout your territory until you can finally face it in a very dangerous spot. The default choice for the player should be to kill Zoo Masters on sight (and the loooooow spawn rate should keep that from causing prohibitive AIP increases, just enough to encourage being quick with your war), only the daring or desperate should try defusing them safely.

The easy mode version of Zoo Masters would be no AIP penalty and giving an AIP reduction when killing the Zoo Master on your homeworld.

Of course there should be a CTRL to auto-target Zoo Masters.
