Summary	0012715: Give scroll wheel a use on the customization screen
Description	When you're on the customization screen, the scroll wheel serves no purpose -- but it could, and if it did that would be a nice user interface luxury. There are two ways that the scroll wheel can be used on this screen: 1) It scrolls through each exo without having to click the next/previous exo button 2) It scrolls up and down the information/stats panel without you having to click and drag the scroll bar Niceties like this is what will really elevate the interface from "decent" to "nice". On a related note, using the scroll wheel on the customization screen will still move the map.
