Summary	0012766: Part Upgrade Station/Terminal
Description	This would basically be the Bionic Dues equivalent of the Anvil of Krong from Dungeons of Dredmor. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QivfScrST7M (12 min mark) A single use station that would confer a stat boost onto one your Exo's parts. There are two ways this can be done. The simple short-term way or a more polished post 1.0 feature way. The easy way -- make an upgrade terminal. Just the same as any of the other terminals except that upon successful hacking, a random stat on one of your parts would be boosted (or nerfed if you want the possibility of negatives). The more involved way -- create a new room behind locked doors, with an unique upgrade station (new art). Upon using it you would then be allowed to select a part via a GUI element that you want to upgrade. Computer skill could also play a role in the success of the modification. This seems like a relatively simple yet rewarding exploration element that is very much in the roguelike spirit and fits perfectly with the theme of mech customization and neato technology.
