Summary	0012814: Formation mode sometimes not respected
Description	create 10 ships assign half of them to group 0000001 assign other half to group 0000002 assign all 10 ships to group 0000003 put 0000001 and 0000002 away from each other press 3 -> all ships are selected right click holding J -> group 0000001 and 0000002 remain separated right click without J, to disable any 'sticky' option -> groups 0000001 and 0000002 converge ***** now set "default to group mode = on" for group 0000002 put 0000001 and 0000002 away from each other press 3 -> all ships are selected right click holding J -> group 0000001 and 0000002 converge toward clicked position -> formation mode is not enforced
