Summary0013057: [0.100] Missed shots removal (optimization)
DescriptionHave an infrequent check that periodically checks any bullet/missile/whatever that is more than X distance from the closest valid target and on a vector away from all valid targets can be removed from the game.

As a simulation (like your AI War) you can pick a simulation interval to do this check.

I've watched missed shots keep going beyond my patience limit. :)

For 0.101:

* Shots now disappear after they have travelled twice their maximum range, to avoid an interceptor furball from spraying the cosmos like some kind of shmup.
** Missiles travel up to 5 times their maximum range.
