DescriptionThis can really win or lose the entire fight, with no chance for tactical decision-making. A player might feel that it was rigged against them from the start. Should be a minimum distance equal to ratio of the speed of a flagship approaching the enemy flagship/distance to the flagship against speed of construction of the slowest friendly ship.

I tried the extreme case of claymores versus interceptors, and I don't even have ship out, and I'm getting creamed. I think the distance still needs to be the ratio of the speed of a flagship approaching the enemy flagship/distance to the flagship against speed of construction of the slowest friendly ship.

For 0.103:

* The player now starts significantly further away from the enemy.

It's not a proportional thing but it should certainly give you more time to get started before being mobbed. Not that deploying claymores as your very first squadron is necessarily a good idea :)
