Summary	0013248: Shortwave Virus doesn't seem to work
Description	The ability doesn't display a ring around my flagship when attempting to use the ability, however it doesn't seem to take over any ships when I attempt to use it. I've checked that there are small ships very close to the flagship, however the ability doesn't take over any ships nor does it go on cooldown.

Cooldown from 180 => 40. ** Maybe this is OP, we'll see. But since it only works on small and medium sized ships (which don't often live long) this may well be fine. Thanks :)

Histidine Apr 11, 2014 10:05 am reporter ~0035792	It seems to be still bugged: ships seem to have a 1/4 to 1/3 chance to avoid being flipped. ...Perhaps make this a "feature?" ;)
