Summary0013392: Outpost missions don't give expected results
DescriptionI found missions available at outpost to be a bit strange.
In my game I started with Acutians, so my relationship with them is -100.

Acutians then built an outpost, that I immediately captured (2 missions) at no real influence cost (I'm already at -100 so I don't mind to have -10 etc).

Now the problems:
1. if I decide to gift it to acutian I'll gain 40 influence. I stoled it from them and giving it back to them should not increase my influence. indeed no influence is gained, even if +40 is displayed.

2. if i decide to gift it to another race, according to "expected output" i should have a +20 influence with acutian because of "gift". i'm giving away their outpost, they should not be happy. indeed no influence is gained, even if +20 is displayed.

3. it seems i can complete the "search nearby for hydral tech" multiple times. is it intended?

sorry, I've just started understanding the influence calculation, so now everything seems to be more "logic". Data are not changing because the huge -100 starting influence.

point 3 still remains, however

(3) At the moment, yes. I would expect this to eventually change at release.

1) even if +40 is listed, in race relationship details only +20 influence is there (gifts), not the full 40
2) it's clear (in this case) why influence is not raising, but why I should have +20 for giving away their outpost?

For 0.852:

* Fixed a bug where the gift-outpost action always gave 20 gifts influence for the outpost's original owner (the one you stole it from) in addition to 20 gifts influence for the race you're giving the outpost to.

The hydral tech mission being repeatable is intentional, afaik.
