Summary	0013452: Planet cracker description replace planet info
Description	When "build planetcracker" event is triggered, hovering over an acutian planet only display the planetcracker description and not the planet one. in planetcracker description that appears on icon on right part of the screen (where all events are) you can read the intended target, while in solar map description you can only read a number.
