| Description | In the attached save even gifting multiple ship creation related techs and dispatching for more than 40 months assisting in armada construction did not lead to a single armada being build. I am assuming some reasearch shortage or something is the reason for this, but unfortunately the planetary sidebar is not yet unlocked ;)? | ||||
