Summary	0013724: Time skip replay fast forward... doesn't
Description	When performing actions that should advance the timeline by a certain amount automatically (so not dispatch missions), it just doesn't do that anymore. I know this worked in previous versions and I thought I'd seen it at least once or twice in this save, but it currently does nothing for me. I've tried several different actions on two different planets. For example, any trade deals from the skylaxians, like trading tech to the peltians, is instant - there's no replay and the solar date does not change. Same with Andorian parliamentary actions.
