DescriptionTutorial text appears slowly. It is kind of annoying to click "hurry up" for every message for a new player.

I'd like to be able to apply this setting to ALL "hurry up"-able texts (so even when starting a game for instance, you can have the text just pop up full and never need to click hurry up").
