Summary	0014302: Easier Menu Switching / Closing
Description	I think you have established that right click in combat is "undo". Similarly, right clicking on notices in the top right makes them disappear. (Note: Left clicking on notices, especially quests, should make the notice pop out, not disappear.) I think right clicking on any menu screen (such as Hostile actions) should also close the menu. If need be, you can make this a choice under Options. Secondly, at said menus (such as Hostile Actions, Peaceful Actions, etc), I think it would be beneficial for there to be an easy way to switch between them at the top/bottom of the screen. I imagine three buttons at the top: On the left, peaceful actions. In the middle, hostile actions. On the right, planet/species specific action (e.g. parliament). When you click on one, it becomes faded but remains in place. The parliament changes the background as expected and lists which planet you are on. Even if you decide to keep parliament separate, hostile and peaceful should be easy to go back and forth.
