| Description | Kind of amusing to see a ship take off and traipse happily across the galaxy coming from the Peltian homeworld, when they still have 30 minutes of game time before unlocking spacefaring technology on their own. I was also about to report this. I actually like that you can have some engagement between spacefaring and non-spacefaring civilzations but I would at least suggest making it so that all freighters engaged in trade between a spacefaring and non-spacefaring civilization belong to the spacefaring trade partner. Perhaps also make them less effective, halving effectiveness seems about right. |

Thanks! * Previously it was possible to broker trade troutes, colonize moons, dump toxic waste on, and do other such things against planets that are not yet spacefaring. Fixed. |
