Summary0014462: Solar axis and the near impossibility to end it
DescriptionWhen the solar axis pack is formed, the only prerequisite appears to be to control two planets. What has been occurring is that once the pact is formed,they will attack, and the civilization that they attack take over another planet before they die. This then allows them to join the same pact that those whom are attacking them are apart of. This can be very bad, as most nations leave limited ships at planets when attacking, allowing games to go by where 6 civilization are apart of the solar axis pact, which shouldn't even be possible based on the membership requirement. It can also make it difficult to combat, as the only way to beat it is to destroy all but on of the members, which can cause more people to join in the process.
