| Description | Right now all you get for options are the ones offered by the party with the most seats. This is still enough to make the Andor the most interesting species to play with, but is a bit restrictive. You should be able to use as many Andor parties as it takes to get up to 51% of the seats. I'd suggest counting down from the top, but parties could be given affinities for one another to decide how a coalition gets formed if more substance is to be given.
This might overpower the Andor as allies, but it makes the option to give a speech to reduce a party's seats actually useful. Right now the option looks like it's a trap, at least going by the descriptions where it affects the seats by the same amount for twice the cost. If multiple parties could be used, then this would be used to micromanage the parliament and allow a third party to be used by the player. |
