Summary	0001461: When there's both an speedbooster-train and a grav driller, the driller has no effect
Description	It would seem as if the gravity drill station doesn't have any effect at all if there's also an Astro Speed Booster Train on the planet; the speed of AI ships is boosted as they normally are with speed-boost trains.
