Yep, that's a bonus of the peltians, noted in their ship stays. You can still dock, you just have to move around slowly to avoid getting hit. If that's not possible, then that option simply isn't something you can do with the Peltians, sounds like. |

Well alright, but you're going to get complaints about this from people until you at least let them know in some way, and if it does turn out to be impossible or close to impossible you've just created a newbie trap. Even worse, a newbie trap that's pointed to by the tutorial itself as a viable option. |

You can't start with the peltians without doing advanced start, so I doubt it would be a newbie trap. And it does tell you in the ship descriptions, it's just buried. |

I tried this out. It takes a little, but you can manage it. However, I couldn't find the tooltip anywhere about the damage penetration. I looked in the ship stats (I think that's what you meant by stays), but no mention of penetration. The weapons are labelled as exploding shots and gives damage and reload, but there isn't a rollover message about penetration. |
