| Description | I'm running an observer game and the Acutians are attacking the Thoraxians on the solar map the value next to the armad power for the Acutians is 1507 but in the tooltip the power shows as 491. Quite a difference should this value not be the same? | ||||

I observed this bug in 1.006 as well, and it's continued into 1.007. |

For 1.010: * Fixed a bug in the tooltips for the attacker-armada-count and attacker-power figures on the planet overlays where the power levels listed for each attacking force were using the older style of reporting the force's "effective power" (base power + tech bonuses, largely) rather than the force's "NPC-autoresolve power" (base power + flotillas * 10 + tech bonuses + various other stuff), which the figures themselves were using.
