Summary	0014828: 1.009 Unable to take planet for >50 years.
Description	See save. The Skylaxians own all but one planet, and have a huge fleet, but the Evuck fleet production is keeping the Skylaxians from ever trying to land troops to take the planet. Fast forwarding for about 50 years resulted in the planet finally falling after some craze black bubbles disease hit the Evucks. Should be 1.009, but there is no option yet.

keith.lamothe May 1, 2014 12:49 pm administrator ~0037146	For 1.010: * Now when attacking armadas confront defending armadas of a planet or outpost, each defending armada can only engage two attacking armadas per day. ** The other attacking armadas are free to bombard/invade the planet/outpost, if they've been in orbit long enough for that.
