Summary	0014885: Planet defending far better than it has any right to
Description	A Burlust world has been reduced to 10-20 million people (it varies wildly between those amounts, despite having a higher death rate than birth rate), and its ground defense power at any given time is either zero or twenty million. Despite facing enemy ground attack of over 2 billion power, they are able to hold out for a very, very long time. If the other Burlust worlds are reinforcing them, the fleets are never shown so it would have to be unescorted transports making it through the blockade.
