Summary	0014898: Add "At a Glance" tech progress summaries to the tech progress screen
Description	Basically I'd like to see the counts for technologies acquired for each race in the tech progress screen. I'm including a graphical comp of the idea (done in paint, so excuse the lack of "prettiness", but hopefully it conveys what I'm talking about. I'm sure your GUI developers have access to better tools than paint, and more creative capacity too, so I didn't bother trying to do their job for them, just conveying the idea. :) Also, note there are (#/#) meaning the Andors for instance, have 24 of the 87 technologies available TO THEM (the 96 techs available to the whole system aren't all available to them).

Drak May 2, 2014 9:23 pm reporter ~0037280	While we're at it, a "Hide unavailable techs" button would be nice that hid all the technologies not yet available for the year. Some "Show only Researched" and "Show only Tech's I know" or "Show only Techs I Don't know" and other filter options would also be nice.
