I had this once out of nowhere, pretty early in a game. I assume a lord died in internal fighting, making this tooltip inaccurate. |

For 1.015: * Burlust warlords dying from internal war no longer trigger Burlust Turmoil. Because, frankly, it's just business as usual to them. They would probably be more disturbed by a _lack_ of random internal warlord murder. ** This avoids the Burlusts immediately being in a state of Turmoil (and thus declaring war) as soon as they hit spacefaring, etc. Thanks :) |
