DescriptionI dueled the warlord prime and it set the timer to 300 months until I was allowed to duel again.. not sure if this was intended or if it needs tweaked.

That does sound like a long time. 15 game years between duels with a warlike society where the only way you get respect is through dueling doesn't seem to fit the fiction at all.
