| Description | While improving a race's RCI using a dispatch action, any other race which dislikes them seems to seriously overreact. You lose 1 influence with them *each month*, typically 5 times the rate at which you gain influence with the target race, simply for improving their medicine or what-not. To reproduce: - Start a game and complete the first battle. - Give someone spacefaring tech. - Plant evidence of a conspiracy between the two races to reduce their attitude. - Now go to the "conspirator" race and use an RCI action. You will see the influence with the other race drop by 1 each month. The reason I've reported this as a bug rather than balance issue is that almost all other actions, including military ones like fighting alongside the target race or helping with Armada Construction, give an influence penalty of at most half what you gain with the target race (on Normal; on Nightmare of course that becomes double what you gain with the target race!). I cannot imagine this being intentional. | ||||

For 1.017: * RCI-improving dispatch influence-lost-with-enemies-of-client from 1 per month => 0.05 per month. The 1 had been intentional back before the benefit was changed to 0.2 per month. Thanks :) |
