Summary0015123: MLRS Turrets are overpowered
DescriptionI believe that the MLRS turret is overpowered for the following reasons:
 - Their range is absolutely ridiculous. In fact it's hard to even work out what their range is, because the area covered usually includes the whole screen. The range is something like twice that of the Missile Shield.
 - They are a common turret to encounter and are present right from the start of the game. Together with the range thing, this means it's impossible to reliably get behind them. Because three more are always shooting at you from the other side of the battlefield...
 - The damage is insane, like a one-hit or two-hit kill from full health unless you have a tech advantage.
 - You can't actually dodge the missiles. You can evade them, but you have to keep doing so every single turn to stay alive.

I suggest reducing the range of the turret dramatically, like by 60% or so so that it's less than that of the Missile Shield. Everything else would be bearable if I could actually get close enough to fire at the thing.

If you max out weapon power and use any of the longer range weapons, you have enough range to dip in towards any turret, let off a barrage and then pull back out of firing arc, killing the turret, and escaping unharmed. Alternative, dive at the turrets at full speed (max power to engines), juke a little to dodge direct fire, and let off a max weapon power barrage in the midst of them (on autofire with minigun or whatever). Afterwards use a special to wipe out any missiles, or just take off using a full speed maneuver and they can't catch you.

The damage is because the salvo setting isn't working. All the rockets are stacked on top of each other. So instead of 10 rockets each doing 26k damage, you have 1 visible rocket doing 260k damage.
