Summary	0015138: Units with dead engines can't queue orders
Description	If you try to queue orders on units with dead engines, or a unit's engines are disabled with queued orders, it loses all but the last order. I'm guessing its falling to the logic of "can't target that" and therefore skipping to the next target.
