Summary0015143: Deliver Spacefaring Tech dialog doesn't make clear that losses only apply if caught
Description
The spacefaring consequences dialog (screenshot attached) should say "Influence: Andors -42 to -142 (Disliked to Disgusted) (if caught by Andor spy probes)". That last parenthetical remark is absolutely crucial for the player to correctly understand the consequences of this action (or lack thereof).

This should really be "Severity: Text", but since it could easily result in a terrible misunderstanding for new players, I'm marking it as major.

* When the "Deliver Spacefaring Tech" mission type is predicting what kind of influence changes will happen, previously it was assuming that you alerted no other races (the best case), which could lead to a rather nasty surprise for new players. Now it assumes the worst case (that you alert ALL the other races), and so if you wind up alerting fewer then it is a pleasant surprise.
