Summary	0015159: Solar Map: List race special traits and properties on the respective political screen (in hard numbers)
Description	A races prominent traits and properties are already kinda introduced by their race flavor text. What is missing, though, is how these transfer into hard numbers. It would be really cool if things like the following would be shown e.g. on the political screen when visiting a race: - Race bonuses (e.g. for manufacturing, science, ship strength, ground strength,...) - Race properties (birth rate, maturing rate, death rate,...) - Special statuses (Boarine Rage, ...)
