This only happens sometimes. You may have to reload the game several times to get it to happen. |

Yep as I throught, your Public order drop to -34 thats why some times ship get destoryed, its not a bug at all, but need to be more clear something happening. |

Do you have a lot of AFA on that planet? Most likely it's AFA attacks on federation ships. |
