| Description | Received the popup about a Hydrai signal around the Acutian homeworld, but typically that leads to an entry on one of the species' menus to permit investigation. There is none, so I can't trace the artifact down. If this is a timed event that fades after a certain period, it might be clearer. | ||||

I'm not sure what the meaning is behind a particular race discovering it, but it's always located in the ice belt, so just go to the world that is furthest away from the sun, and you'll be able to do the mission there. Recommend update for providing additional clarification. |

I mentioned the race because if you travel to their homeworld (and only their homeworld) after receiving that message, you get a menu option to search for the artifact. The menu option wasn't at the homeworld, in this case. |
